Clackamas Community College is committed to access online, in the classroom, and at our campuses. Help us create an accessible environment at CCC. If you have identified a barrier or have an ADA complaint at Clackamas Community College, please report using the form below.

Report ADA Barrier or Complaint

This form can be used by anyone to provide feedback about accessibility at CCC. Students can use this student complaint form to report ADA and accessibility barriers.

Digital barriers

Digital barriers include but are not limited to broken links, bad or unlabeled alternative text on images, PDFs that are not accessible, inadequate color contrast or insufficient keyboard access and visual focus.

Physical barriers

Physical barriers include but are not limited to inoperative access doors, inaccessible parking spaces, elevators not operating, and concerns with ADA furniture or classroom access.
